Role OverviewContent Development & Data Management
- Prepare and organize professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Word and other productivity tools for academic and digital requirements.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content quality, simplify research processes, and enhance overall work efficiency.
- Conduct detailed research and fact-check information to maintain accuracy, credibility, and relevance.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop infographics, charts, and other visual materials using Canva.
- Review, edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and a professional presentation.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that content meets project objectives and requirements.
Student Support & Market Research
- Assist online learners by addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
- Research emerging trends, relevant topics, and industry developments to identify fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming and content-planning activities while contributing insights based on research and available data.
- Support marketing analysis and assist in preparing reports to assess campaign performance and identify key insights.
Learning & Development
- Receive structured training in content development, writing, design tools, and AI-powered platforms.
- Gain practical experience through real-world projects while developing creative, analytical, communication, and technical skills.
Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Commerce or a related field will be preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, research, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good command of English, with strong grammar and communication abilities.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva, or a willingness to learn and develop these skills.
- Interest in exploring and using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content development and productivity.
- A responsible, proactive, organized, and quality-focused approach to work.
