Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
• Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Support business development initiatives and promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory, vendor coordination, and operational requirements.
• Prepare reports related to operations and management activities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
• From Lucknow
• Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Prior experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or customer service management will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
