Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and diagnose complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP UI5 Development, API Management.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration services and API lifecycle management.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and logs to identify root causes of system disruptions.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
