We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Student Enrollment & Business Development Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right educational programs for their career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of counselors/business development executives.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Guide prospective students regarding educational programs and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor team performance and achieve enrollment targets.
- Ensure excellent student experience throughout the admission process.
- Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer service.
