Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Component Repair with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing VFD electronic components and power modules. The candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial electronics, power electronics, and PCB-level repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faulty VFDs from various manufacturers.
- Perform component-level troubleshooting of PCBs, control cards, power boards, and IGBT modules.
- Identify and replace defective electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, optocouplers, and ICs.
- Conduct testing, calibration, and performance verification of repaired VFDs.
- Analyze fault codes and determine root causes of failures.
- Use electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and LCR meters.
- Maintain repair records, service reports, and testing documentation.
- Follow safety procedures while handling high-voltage electronic equipment.
- Support quality control activities and ensure repaired units meet operational standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of VFD architecture and power electronics.
- Expertise in PCB troubleshooting and component-level repair.
- Ability to read electronic schematics and circuit diagrams.
- Familiarity with IGBT testing, SMPS circuits, and inverter technology.
- Hands-on experience with electronic testing instruments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of dedicated experience in VFD component repairing and troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience
- Experience repairing drives from brands such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Danfoss, and Yaskawa.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and motor control systems.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
