Papillon Paints is a rapidly growing name in the architectural paints and coatings sector. From our modern facility in Karukutty, we design, manufacture, and distribute high-quality emulsions, primers, and textures across South India. To support our expanding dealer network and on-field sales force, we are seeking an articulate, structured, and relationship-driven CRM Executive to join our corporate team.
Position Overview
The CRM Executive will serve as the primary corporate touchpoint for our extensive dealer and distributor network. Based at our Karukutty office, your focus will be on maintaining exceptional client relationships, streamlining order placements, managing the CRM database, and coordinating directly with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Network Management: Act as the dedicated corporate point of contact for dealers and distributors, building strong, professional relationships through proactive communication.
- Order & Dispatch Coordination: Receive, log, and process orders from the on-field sales team and dealers. Coordinate closely with the Karukutty factory/warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to and resolve dealer queries regarding order status, product availability, or discrepancies, escalating issues to technical teams when required.
- Data & CRM Maintenance: Keep the company’s CRM system or database meticulous, tracking dealer interaction history, purchasing frequencies, and feedback.
- Payment Tracking: Support the finance and sales teams by communicating professionally with dealers regarding credit limits, overdue invoices, and collection schedules.
- Performance Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly reports on dealer feedback, order patterns, and retention rates for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or BSc). A degree with a focus on marketing or communication is a plus.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Client Coordination, or Tele-sales. Experience within the building materials, hardware, paints, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency: Clean data entry skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel for compiling dealer sheets) and familiarity with CRM tools or ERP systems.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and professional verbal/written communication in English are required.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding telephone etiquette, strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
