About the Role:
We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive who can independently acquire clients and generate revenue for the company. This is a performance-focused role with clear expectations and strong growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients (calls, WhatsApp, social platforms)
- Understand client requirements and present suitable digital solutions
- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure deal closures
- Work directly with the founder on live deals and client interactions
Compensation Structure:
Fixed Salary:
- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- To qualify for fixed salary, the candidate must close a minimum of 3 paying clients per month
Performance Condition (Mandatory):
- Minimum 3 paying clients must be closed every month
- Each client must meet the minimum deal value defined by the company (₹20,000+ recommended)
- If minimum performance is not met, salary may be withheld or the role may be reconsidered
Incentive / Commission Structure:
- The first 3 clients closed in a month are considered the base performance requirement for salary eligibility
- Incentives are applicable only on additional business generated beyond these 3 clients
Commission Slabs (on additional revenue only):
- ₹1,00,000 to ₹3,00,000 additional revenue → 10% commission
- ₹3,00,000 and above additional revenue → 12% to 15% commission (based on performance)
Important Conditions:
- Commission is calculated only on payments received from clients (not on deals closed or pending payments)
- Any cancelled or unpaid project will not be considered for commission
- All deals must be approved and recorded in the company system
- Misrepresentation or false commitments to clients will lead to immediate termination
- Performance will be reviewed weekly
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in handling client conversations independently
- Ability to make 40–50 outreach attempts daily (calls/messages)
- Basic understanding of digital services (websites, marketing, automation) is preferred
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
