Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth by developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue across our travel products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Promote domestic holiday packages, group tours, MICE, FIT, hotel bookings, flights, visas, and other travel services.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Represent the company at travel exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong network within the travel or corporate sector is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
