Lafare Foods and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company focused on innovative and healthier beverage options. Our flagship product, Cubbian, is a prebiotic soda designed to support better gut health.
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Territory Sales Officer to expand our market presence and increase product availability across key retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, cafés, and other potential sales points within the assigned territory.
- Introduce and promote Cubbian to shop owners and decision-makers.
- Onboard new retail outlets and increase market penetration.
- Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability in stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.
- Execute in-store promotions, product sampling, and activation activities.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights regularly.
- Work towards monthly outlet addition and sales targets.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly progress updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / FMCG / retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Knowledge of local retail markets is an advantage.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
