Job Title: F&B Service GSA (Guest Service Associate)

Job Summary
The F&B Service Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth restaurant and banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleared after use.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.
- Provide menu information and recommend food and beverage options to guests.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company service standards.
- Assist in banquet, buffet, and special event operations when required.
- Process guest bills accurately and handle payments as per hotel procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Freshers may apply; prior hospitality experience is preferred.
