Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the company's fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and available to support business needs. The Fleet Manager will manage vehicle maintenance, driver performance, fuel efficiency, regulatory compliance, and fleet optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain vehicle records, insurance, permits, and registrations.
- Monitor GPS tracking and optimize routes.
- Manage driver performance, training, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and service providers.
- Prepare fleet performance reports and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet or transportation management.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems.
- Budget and cost management.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹13,131.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
