Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing leads, coordinating with clients, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and appointments.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth sales execution.
- Prepare quotations and other sales-related documents.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate data.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Telecalling.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and team player.
Preferred Skills
- Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
