Facility Engineer – M&E Services
Monitor and Maintain all M&E equipment’s including Electrical panels, switch boards, breakers, motors, UPS, batteries, HVAC, Precision A/C’s.
Monitor & supervise planned preventive maintenance of all M&E equipment’s.
Ensure 100 % uptime of all Electrical systems such as panels, switch boards, breakers, motors, UPS, batteries, HVAC & Precision AC.
Manage M&E operations to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time.
Supervise maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality M & E services.
Plan & facilitate for smooth operations of all electro-mechanical activities.
Monitor the operations of M&E vendor and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules and plan shutdown activities in consultation with Client.
Ensure logbooks, checklists are filled up by operators and PPM schedules are adhered for a better management of Electrical systems;
Work towards ‘ZERO’ down time and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to clients.
Implement the Energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities.
Responsible for weekly & monthly reports on M & E, covering the maintenance contracts & Incident reports
Conduct daily internal walk-through to ensure all fixtures and fittings are in good order.
Reporting on Job progress, Job Schedule and Status.
Implementation of LOTO procedures and various other safety procedures.
Ensure adherence to client SLA’s.
Ensure compliance of required safety and quality standards.
Ensure 100% uptime of all equipment.
Daily inspection of all Critical areas and check for any observations
Managing the engineering team shift and timing
Ensure proper briefing and training given to the Technicians
Check the Log book and check list are properly updated.
Check and update on the health of all critical equipment
Validate the Critical vendor contact details maintained at site
Check whether 52 Week PPM is carried out as per schedule
Coordinate with the project team and Land lord team for smooth transition
Check all service reports and check list be filed after authorization from AFM Technical
Checking the daily consumption and trend analysis.
Check the inventory management tool and accuracy
Validate the reordering quantity of the stock every month.
Coordination with land lord team for day to day operations
Ensure critical area temperature checked on regular basis
Check the effective usage of the temperature log fixed for critical area.
Ensure 24’C + or - is maintained in the office area.
Ensure proper work permit issued to the vendors.
Check the health and safety is follow in all aspects.
