The pharmacist will act as the Competent Person (CP) under Rule 64 of the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, 1945, responsible for the procurement, safe storage, sale, and record-keeping of drugs from the company’s licensed premises.
Qualifications:
Candidate must fulfill one of the following:
- D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a PCI-recognized institute
- Registered with the State Pharmacy Council
- Valid Registration Certificate and Pharmacist ID
OR
- Graduate in Science with Chemistry or Biology
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed drug wholesale company (proof required)
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the official Competent Person in the drug license
· Ensure compliance with Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Rules
· Monitor inward/outward movement of medicines
· Supervise drug storage (temperature, cold chain, segregation)
· Maintain daily stock & sales registers
· Liaise with drug inspectors during inspections
· Maintain records for Schedule H, H1, and X drugs, if applicable

Salary Range:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on location and experience)Option to negotiate part-time/honorary basis if used only for license compliance
