● Manage stock and inventory (raw materials & finished goods)
● Ensure FIFO practices and minimize wastage
● Coordinate central kitchen production planning
● Supervise food packing, loading, and dispatch to food trucks
● Maintain purchase and sales records
● Handle vendor coordination and procurement
● Track daily sales, stock usage, and reporting
● Manage kitchen staff, helpers, and loaders
● Ensure hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance
● Maintain uniform taste and quality standards

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
