Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas (on foot or by vehicle) to ensure safety and security
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and alarms
- Control access to buildings by checking identification and logging visitors
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly
- Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers
- Report suspicious behavior or security breaches to authorities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and public safety
- Physical fitness (may require standing, walking, or lifting)
- Security guard license or certification (depending on location)
Work Environment
- May work in offices, malls, hospitals, construction sites, or events
- Shifts can include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work may involve both indoor and outdoor conditions
Optional/Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement
- First aid/CPR certification
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
