Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 3–5 years of relevant machine operating experience is preferred for experienced roles.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assigned CNC or conventional machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Load raw materials and unload finished components.
- Perform basic machine setup and tool changes as required.
- Measure finished components using standard measuring instruments to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring product quality.
- Report machine abnormalities, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation of production activities.
- Work closely with supervisors and quality teams to achieve production goals.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of machine operations and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong teamwork and discipline.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹15,400 per month (as per applicable minimum wages).
- Experienced Candidates: Salary based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
- Overtime wages will be paid as per company policy (hourly basis).
