### Role Overview
We are looking for an **Operations Executive / Operations Associate** to join the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) Operations team at Wander Nova. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational execution of corporate travel, group bookings, and MICE events, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end MICE travel operations, including hotels, flights, transportation, activities, and event logistics.
* Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, destination management companies (DMCs), and other travel partners.
* Handle bookings, confirmations, rooming lists, itineraries, and operational documentation.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and execution of client requirements.
* Monitor operational timelines and ensure timely delivery of all travel and event-related services.
* Resolve operational issues and provide real-time support during ongoing trips and events.
* Maintain vendor relationships and ensure service quality standards are met.
* Keep accurate records of bookings, vendor communications, and operational reports.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* **Minimum 1 year of experience** in travel operations, MICE operations, corporate travel, hospitality, or event management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
### Preferred Experience
* Experience handling corporate group travel, MICE events, or tour operations.
* Familiarity with domestic and international travel bookings, vendor management, and itinerary planning.
