Edora Education is looking for an experienced Online HR Management Faculty to deliver engaging live online classes for students pursuing HR Management courses. We are seeking professionals with strong HR knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live online HR Management classes.
- Teach core HR subjects including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Payroll, HR Analytics, Labor Laws, and Organizational Behavior.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate student assignments and provide feedback.
- Guide and mentor students throughout the course.
Requirements
- Candidates must be from Kerala.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR industry experience or HR teaching/training experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using Google Meet, Zoom, or other online teaching platforms.
- Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in corporate HR, L&D, recruitment, or HR consulting.
- Previous online teaching or faculty experience.

Salary
Competitive remuneration based on experience and the number of sessions conducted.
Pay: ₹100.57 - ₹410.35 per hour
