Job Title: Quality Manager
Experience: 5–7 Years
Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform quality inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per defined quality standards.
2. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain all quality-related documentation and records.
3. Monitor and control product quality at all stages of production.
4. Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Handle customer complaints effectively and drive process improvement initiatives to minimize complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain and manage quality laboratory activities, including testing, calibration, and record keeping.
7. Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, test certificates, and other quality-related documents.
8. Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
9. Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
10. Support continuous improvement projects aimed at achieving zero-defect manufacturing and improving overall product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
2. 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
4. Hands-on experience in inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
5. Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
6. Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
7. Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related documentation systems.
