Desktop Support Engineer :
Job Location: Trichy
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (all versions) and handle day-to-day IT support tickets.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, and end-user related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and connectivity problems.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard business applications.
- Resolve issues related to Windows OS and Outlook (email client).
- Provide support for basic IT infrastructure and end-user environments.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
- Take up additional responsibilities as assigned based on business and operational requirements.
Experience : 1-4 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
