Location :Gurugram, Haryana
Experience : 5 – 7 Years Core Technical Operational
*Salary : 45K – 50K CTC*
Job Descriptions:
· Manpower Hiring, Planning and Technical Expertise:
· Develop and execute manpower planning strategies
· Understanding their specific manpower needs.
· Analyse client requirements and project needs to determine the appropriate staffing levels.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions and staffing strategies.
· Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
· Supervise and provide leadership to the site and operations teams.
· Identify develop training programs to enhance the technical skills.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to manpower & services.
· Address any operational or technical issues that arise promptly and effectively.
· Prepare regular reports on operational activities, including recruitment metrics, client feedback, and financial performance.
· Work experience in residential societies/commercial building/malls.
