About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Hospitality to lead hospitality operations across multiple sales offices and experience centres.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing premium customer experiences, implementing operational standards, ensuring service excellence, managing vendors, and leading hospitality teams while maintaining high-quality service standards aligned with luxury real estate expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience & Hospitality Excellence
* Develop and implement standardized hospitality frameworks across sales offices and experience centres.
* Ensure a premium and consistent customer journey across all customer touchpoints.
* Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, customer delight, and brand perception.
* Establish service excellence benchmarks aligned with luxury real estate standards.
* Ensure customer interactions reflect the organization’s hospitality philosophy.
2. Operational Standardization
* Implement SOPs, operational checklists, and customer delight protocols across locations.
* Standardize hospitality practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
* Conduct periodic operational reviews and drive process improvements.
* Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
3. Service Quality & Audit Management
* Conduct regular site visits to evaluate hospitality standards and operational performance.
* Lead internal hospitality audits across multiple locations.
* Monitor service quality and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
* Drive continuous improvement in customer-facing operations.
4. Customer Satisfaction Management
* Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics across locations.
* Drive improvement initiatives for CSAT and NPS scores.
* Analyze recurring customer concerns and implement preventive solutions.
* Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to enhance customer experience.
5. Financial & Vendor Management
* Manage hospitality budgets and optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.
* Handle vendor onboarding, evaluation, and performance management.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and service expectations with vendors.
* Ensure efficient utilization of hospitality resources.
6. Team Leadership & Performance Management
* Lead hospitality teams across multiple locations.
* Build a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring.
* Define performance goals, KPIs, and review team performance.
* Support employee development and leadership capability building.

Qualifications & Experience
