We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and work on building intelligent, scalable, and production-ready machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on real-world business use cases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with machine learning model development, training, and deployment.
- Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar.
- Experience building applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or GenAI frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases and AI orchestration tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven solutions.
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications using LangChain and related frameworks.
- Work on AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.
- Clean, prepare, and analyze datasets.
- Optimize model performance and support production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, or APIs.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
- Exposure to GenAI tools, RAG architectures, AI agents, or agent-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain integrations, vector databases, and AI workflows.
