Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory compliances.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management with financial insights and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in audit, taxation, compliance, and financial planning.
- Prior experience in a corporate or consulting environment will be an added advantage.
