Job Title: Floor Manager/Floor Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day shop floor operations. The role involves handling manpower, supervising supervisors, ensuring smooth production flow, and maintaining discipline, safety, and productivity on the plant floor.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and control plant manpower, including operators, helpers, and contract labour.
· Supervise and guide supervisors to ensure targets, quality, and timelines are met.
· Plan and allocate daily manpower deployment as per production requirements.
· Monitor production activities to ensure smooth workflow and minimum downtime.
· Ensure discipline, attendance, shift management, and proper workforce utilisation.
· Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, HR, and Quality teams for smooth operations.
· Ensure adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and company policies on the shop floor.
· Handle manpower-related issues.
· Track and improve productivity, efficiency, and output of the plant.
· Maintain daily reports related to manpower, production, and shift performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong manpower handling and leadership skills
· Ability to manage supervisors and large teams
· Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Basic knowledge of safety standards and labor discipline
· Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification & Experience
· Education: Diploma / Graduation (preferred)
· Experience: 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing plant in a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
