Position: Quality Engineer
Department: Quality – Final Inspection
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + OT

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Perform Final Inspection of components/products as per drawings and quality standards.
- Knowledge of inspection instruments and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform and maintain PDIR activities and inspection reports.
- Conduct Layout Inspection as per drawing requirements.
- Prepare and analyze Pareto Charts for quality issues and rejection trends.
- Apply 7 QC Tools for problem-solving and quality improvement.
- Identify defects and deviations during final inspection and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for resolution of quality issues.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Instruments & Gauges.
- Good Engineering Drawing Reading skills.
- Knowledge of PDIR and Layout Inspection.
- Practical knowledge of Pareto Chart and 7 QC Tools.
- Good Computer Skills, including MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
