Core Responsibilities
- Beverage Crafting: Grinding beans, pulling espresso shots, steaming and texturing milk, and creating latte art.
- Customer Interaction: Greeting guests, taking orders, and making personalized recommendations based on flavor preferences or dietary needs (e.g., dairy-free alternatives).
- Technical Maintenance: Calibrating espresso machines and grinders daily to ensure consistent flavor profiles.
- Operations: Handling cash and digital payments, monitoring stock levels (beans, milk, pastries)
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining a clean workspace, sanitizing equipment, and adhering to strict food safety regulations.
