Job Purpose
To maintain pantry operations, ensure cleanliness and hygiene, prepare and serve beverages, assist with office housekeeping, and provide support for day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Pantry Management
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
- Ensure drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and other pantry supplies are adequately stocked.
- Clean and organize pantry equipment, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine.
- Dispose of waste regularly and maintain proper sanitation.
2. Hospitality
- Serve refreshments during meetings, interviews, and client visits.
- Arrange meeting rooms with water, tea, coffee, and snacks before meetings.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
3. Housekeeping Support
- Keep office workstations, reception, conference rooms, and common areas clean.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff for deep cleaning when required.
- Ensure washrooms are supplied with tissue paper, handwash, and other essentials.
4. Office Assistance
- Support admin team in arranging office events and functions.
- Help in setting up rooms or conference halls.
5. Inventory & Maintenance
- Maintain inventory of pantry consumables and cleaning materials.
- Inform Admin before stock runs low.
- Report any maintenance issues related to pantry appliances or office facilities.
6. Health, Safety & Hygiene
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and wear the prescribed uniform.
- Ensure safe handling of electrical appliances.
Daily Checklist
- Pantry cleaned before office starts.
- Tea/Coffee served on time.
- Meeting rooms prepared.
- Drinking water checked.
- Pantry stock updated.
- Office common areas inspected.
- Pantry closed and cleaned before leaving.
Skills Required
- Basic communication skills.
Qualification
- Minimum: 10th Pass.
- Prior experience in office pantry/housekeeping preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.
Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based role.
- May require extended hours during meetings, events, or senior management visits.
