Job Description:
Grow Learn is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Convert leads into admissions/sales
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Track performance and prepare sales reports
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as sales TL or 2+yrs as sales manager
- Experience in EdTech or service industry is preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Leadership and team handling experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
