Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer with a strong background in hotel operations to train, mentor, and develop hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned hotelier with hands-on experience in hotel departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Hotel Operations. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs to enhance employee skills, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs for hotel staff across various departments.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, and presentations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Hospitality Operations Training
- Train employees on hotel service standards and guest handling.
- Conduct practical sessions on Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and hospitality best practices.
- Guide employees on professional grooming and workplace etiquette.
Performance Improvement
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching where required.
- Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions.
- Support department heads in improving operational efficiency.
Quality & Service Excellence
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service.
- Train staff on complaint handling and customer satisfaction techniques.
- Promote a culture of professionalism and continuous learning.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards.

- Knowledge of SOP development and employee assessment.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hotel industry.
- Prior experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Executive, Department Head, or Hotel Operations Manager preferred.
- Experience in luxury, business, or star hotel operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
