We’re looking for an HR Operations professional with 4+ years of experience, preferably from an agency background, who can efficiently manage HR processes and create seamless employee experiences. What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and offboarding
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records
Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and compliance processes
Coordinate with teams to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
Support day-to-day HR administration and operational requirements
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of experience in HR Operations
Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines efficiently
Agency experience preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
