We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our admissions and business development efforts for one of the leading Animation, VFX, Gaming, Multimedia & Digital Media training institutes.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the admissions counseling team to achieve monthly targets.
✅ Drive student enrollments through walk-ins, telecalling, referrals, events, and digital leads.
✅ Monitor daily sales activities, conversions, and follow-up processes.
✅ Train, motivate, and mentor counselors for higher performance.
✅ Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations.
✅ Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve conversions.
✅ Ensure excellent student and parent counseling experience.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Admissions/Business Development.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven achievement record.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, or Service Sales preferred.
Pay: ₹30,211.22 - ₹57,084.82 per month
