We are looking for a Recruitment & Front Office Executive to manage recruitment activities along with front office coordination responsibilities. The candidate should possess good communication skills, coordination abilities, and basic administrative knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and references
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements
Front Office Responsibilities
- Handle front office operations and visitor management
- Attend phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Maintain employee attendance and records
- Coordinate courier, ID card, and administrative activities
- Support HR and office administration tasks as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
