Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, pharma, and engineering.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Promote air compressors, dryers, filters, and related solutions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
- Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Lead and guide the sales team (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
- 10–12 years of experience in air compressor or industrial equipment sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of compressors, air systems, and accessories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with brands like Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Ingersoll Rand, ELGi, etc.
- Knowledge of compressed air system design and energy-saving solutions.

Compensation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹57,048.75 per month
