Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple industries. The recruiter should be able to work independently and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions.
Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary and support offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
