Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries received through websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers to potential buyers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying potential.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide prompt responses to queries.
- Stay updated with company projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, or NCR real estate market is preferred.
