Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling students, promoting courses, and achieving admission targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with experience in education, banking, matrimony, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, references, and direct marketing
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain strong relationships with students and clients
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead management
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions in CRM/software
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Experience in EdTech, Banking, Matrimony, or Education industry preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
