About the Role
PATH IAS Academy is seeking dynamic, professional, and student-focused Student Relations Officers to support student admissions, counselling, and relationship management activities across its centers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with students and parents, and have the ability to convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and email.
- Conduct admission counselling and guide students regarding suitable courses and career pathways.
- Perform regular follow-up calls with prospective students.
- Support the admissions and enrollment process.
- Maintain student databases, CRM records, and enquiry reports.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets assigned by the management.
- Assist in seminars, workshops, promotional activities, and student engagement programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to admissions and student support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, customer relations, sales, tele-calling, or a similar role.
- Freshers need not apply.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer proficiency, including MS Office, Google Workspace, email handling, and data entry.
- Ability to make professional sales and follow-up calls.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in educational institutions, coaching institutes, universities, or training organizations.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with proven admission counselling and conversion experience will be given preference.
