Durenzo is a fast-growing premium furniture brand bringing world-class international collections to India. We are looking for an ambitious Store Manager to take the reins of our Panchkula showroom and someone who thinks and acts like it is their own business.

As the face of Durenzo in Panchkula, you will oversee everything from the customer experience on the floor to the numbers on the board. You will build relationships with homeowners, architects, and interior designers who return to you, not just the brand, because they trust your expertise and your team's service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a showroom team that consistently delivers exceptional results.
- Take full commercial ownership, drive revenue, monitor KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Create a showroom culture built on accountability, warmth, and genuine expertise.
- Coach your team daily, building their product knowledge, confidence, and sales skills.
- Build and grow a strong network of repeat clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising to the highest standard.
- Oversee quotations, order execution, CRM records, and seamless coordination with internal teams.
- Recruit and develop future talent as the business continues to expand.
About You
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Showroom Manager, or Senior Retail Leader.
- A track record of hitting targets and developing the people around you to do the same.
- Natural coach and motivator, you make your team better simply by being in the room.
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
- Experienced in furniture, home interiors, luxury retail, real estate, or any consultative sales environment.
- Someone who takes ownership, works with autonomy, and never waits to be told what to do.
- Ambitious, you want to grow with a brand that is going places.
