Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain company services and projects professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
