Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist with 3+ years of experience to lead our organic search strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving higher search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and improving conversions across our digital platforms.
You should possess strong technical SEO expertise, a deep understanding of content optimization, hands-on experience with industry-standard SEO tools, and the ability to execute end-to-end link-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Keyword Research: Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies tailored to targeted audience demographics and search intent. Perform keyword research to guide content creation and page optimizations.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, header tags, URLs, internal linking architecture, and schema markup to improve SERP rankings and CTR.
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct regular site audits (crawls, page speed, mobile usability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, site architecture) and collaborate with developers to fix identified issues.
- Off-Page & Link Building: Execute ethical outreach campaigns, manage high-quality backlink acquisitions, content marketing strategies, and local SEO efforts (Google Business Profile).
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze organic search performance, traffic trends, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates, search guidelines, AI search developments (SGE / AI Overviews), and competitor techniques.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, content writers, and marketing managers to align organic growth strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization with a portfolio of measurable ranking and organic traffic growth.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Keyword Planner.
- Technical Knowledge: Working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript framework challenges (rendering), site architecture, and web performance metrics.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi to collaborate with internal teams and present performance metrics.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
