Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and official documents
- Handle confidential files, business information, and important documents professionally
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Coordinate with departments regarding pending tasks, reports, and project updates
- Attend meetings with the CEO and record Minutes of Meeting (MOM) when required
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents systematically
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and management reports
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and business associates professionally
- Support administrative and operational activities assigned by the management
- Ensure smooth communication flow between the CEO and different departments
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Multitasking and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and documentation abilities
Qualification:
- Any Degree / MBA preferred
Experience:
- 2–5 years experience as Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant / Admin Coordinator preferred
