- Source, vet, and onboard vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery reliability.
- Contract Negotiation: Secure favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Inventory Control: Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and spend data to hit budget and savings targets.
- Team Leadership: Supervise purchasing agents, assign duties, and track performance metrics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, financial analysis, leadership, and communication skills.
- Software: Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and MS Office
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
