Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Design & Development
- Develop new product designs based on customer requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering documentation.
- Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
- Review and optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and performance.
New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead new product development projects from concept to production.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing, validation, and product launch activities.
- Prepare project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Support product localization and value engineering initiatives.
Process Development & Manufacturing Support
- Collaborate with production, tooling, and quality teams during product development.
- Develop manufacturing feasibility studies and process flow requirements.
- Support trial production runs and resolve design-related manufacturing issues.
- Recommend design improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Documentation & Change Management
- Prepare and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials), drawings, specifications, and engineering records.
- Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Ensure document control and revision management as per company procedures.
Quality & Compliance
- Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and other quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA, Inventor, etc.).
- Knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and material properties.
- Understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

- On-time completion of NPD projects.
- Successful product launch rate.
- Design change reduction and first-time-right designs.
- Cost reduction and value engineering achievements.
- Customer satisfaction and quality performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
