Job Description: Senior Field Sales Executive

Role Overview
The Senior Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Green Electricals’ product portfolio. This role demands proactive field engagement, strategic account management, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in assigned territories.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Represent Green Electricals at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of field sales experience, preferably in the electrical or industrial products sector.
- Experience in B2B sales and institutional client handling is highly desirable.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales revenue achieved vs. target.
- Number of new accounts acquired.
- Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
- Market share growth in assigned territory.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
