Key Responsibilities
- Direct Field Prospecting: Conduct a minimum number of daily in-person "cold" and "warm" visits to pitch our advertising services.
- Media Solution Selling: Educate potential clients on our 360-degree brand solutions, including media solutions, print, digital, OOH, and creative strategy.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and qualify leads, moving them through the sales funnel to secure confirmed meetings for the senior management team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust network of marketing managers and business owners, ensuring Yadnya Brandscapes is top-of-mind for their branding needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new brand launches.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain daily logs of field activities, client feedback, and follow-up schedules in our tracking system.
Qualifications & Mandatory Skills
- Field-Ready: Must be energetic and physically prepared for extensive local travel.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle "No" and turn it into a "Maybe" or "Yes" through persistent and professional follow-ups.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi. Must be able to deliver a persuasive elevator pitch to decision-makers.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to present digital portfolios on the go.
- Experience: A solid track record in media selling, space selling, or agency sales is highly preferred.
Performance Incentives
- Incentives are tied directly to the number of qualified meetings secured, business conversions, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Pay: ₹9,755.57 - ₹33,809.15 per month
Work Location: In person
