Hiring: Store Manager
Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand
Store: Titan World (Franchisee Store) under BDS Group
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role such as Floor Manager (FM), Assistant Store Manager (ASM), or Store Manager (SM)
- Good fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Monitor inventory, stock management, and store compliance
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management
