We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, reels, photography/video coordination, and audience engagement. Experience in the wedding, events, hospitality, fashion, or creative industry will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content including Instagram Reels, posts, stories.
- Coordinate with the event production and creative teams to capture suitable photos and videos during events.
- Edit and publish reels and other social media content.
- Identify and follow current social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and content formats.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across social media platforms.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall social media visibility.
- Ensure event photographs and videos are properly organized and utilized for social media marketing.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Basic to advanced skills in video editing and content creation.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to attend and cover events when required, including occasional weekends or holidays.
- Knowledge of photography and videography is an added advantage.
- Experience in wedding/event-related social media content is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
