Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Website Developer with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with WordPress (including Elementor). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites while addressing technical aspects related to SEO, server management, and troubleshooting various site-related issues.
The role requires someone who can not only create functional and visually appealing websites but also resolve technical errors related to performance, SEO, and server configuration. This is a hands-on technical position for a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects and solve complex problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Development & Maintenance:
- Build, maintain, and update responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress with Elementor page builder.
- Customize and optimize themes, plugins, and templates to meet project needs.
- Create functional user interfaces with an eye for aesthetics and usability.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve technical issues on websites, including performance bottlenecks, server-related errors, and broken functionalities.
- Debug errors across WordPress sites, themes, plugins, and custom code
- Server & Hosting Management:
- Manage and configure server environments (Linux, Apache, cPanel, etc.) to ensure optimal website performance and security.
- Troubleshoot server-related issues such as 500 errors, database connection problems, and site downtime.
- Monitor website uptime, backups, and security protocols.
- Elementor & WordPress Expertise:
- Develop custom pages, landing pages, and designs using Elementor in WordPress.
- Ensure website design is fully responsive across all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
- Ensure plugin and theme compatibility and updates, while maintaining stability of the site.
- Performance & Security Optimization:
- Optimize website speed by addressing factors such as image compression, caching, and minimizing code.
- Implement website security measures (SSL, firewalls, etc.) and resolve security-related issues such as malware or hack detection.
- Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and optimized websites.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency for front-end development.
- Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor for creating, customizing, and managing websites.
- Hands-on experience with debugging and resolving WordPress technical errors.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Knowledge of server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx, cPanel, PHP) and resolving hosting/server errors (500 errors, server crashes, database issues).
- Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools for technical audits.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, compression, image optimization).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and custom development.
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
- Understanding of website security best practices and how to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with PHP and custom WordPress theme/plugin development.
- Knowledge of MySQL for database management and optimization.
- Experience with JavaScript libraries like jQuery or frameworks such as React (optional).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
